Seat Upgrade with Points Terms & Conditions
- Ruby and Diamond tiers are eligible to redeem.
- Applicable on MAI-operated international flights.
- Member ID must be included in the booking for the system to process the upgrade.
- Seat Upgrade cannot be canceled, information changed, exchanged, transferred, inherited or misused.
- Seat availability will be confirmed during check-in.
- Eligible fare classes and the required points are listed in the Seat Upgrade Mileage.
Membership benefits are as follows:

- 40 kg total (or)
- 2 pieces (32 kg +32 kg) concept applicable for Seoul-Incheon
How It Works
- Book your flight and ensure your Sky Smile member ID is added to your booking.
- Request an upgrade at the airport check-in counter.
- If seats are available and your fare class is eligible, points will be deducted, and your seat will be upgraded to Business Class.
