Refusal of Entry

If you are refused entry to a country (including a country you transit through while en-route to your destination), you must pay:

(a) any fine, penalty or charge assessed against us by the government concerned (including detention costs);

(b) any detention costs we are charged;

(c) the fare for transporting you, and an escort if required, from that country; and

(d) any other costs we reasonably agree to pay.

Passenger responsible for fines, detention costs and other charges

You shall reimburse us in full, upon request, for any fines, penalties, detention costs, deportation or removal expenses, escorting charges, cost of tickets issued on your behalf, or any other expenditures we incur as a result of your failure, whether voluntary or involuntary, to comply with any laws, regulations, orders, or other travel requirements of the country you have traveled to, or as a result of your failure to produce the required travel documents upon entry, or if you are refused admission to a country. We may, without prejudice to our other rights, apply the value of any unused portion of your ticket or any funds held by us to satisfy amounts due from you.
