MAI proudly marked the launch of its new Yangon - Nanning service on 30 Dec 2025, enhancing connectivity between Myanmar and southern China via Nanning Wuxu International Airport. The inaugural flight was welcomed with a water cannon salute, and passengers received special commemorative gifts to mark the occasion.

MAI will operate one direct weekly flight between Yangon and Nanning, scheduled every Tue in 2025 & every Wed from 2026 onwards.
