We are pleased to announce that our baggage allowance on international flights will return to its usual level, effective 26 Mar 2026.
Baggage Allowance (International Sectors)
- Free Baggage Allowance: Fully reinstated, with Economy Class up to 30KG & Business Class up to 40KG.
- Sky Smile (Ruby & Diamond): Members will enjoy their additional baggage privileges across both cabins.
Additionally, we are excited to announce that we will restore our entire domestic network to normal operations before the suspension caused by operational issues.
Regarding the previous temporary baggage limit from 22 to 25 Mar 2026, affected guests from these travel dates will receive a Travel Voucher equal to an additional 10KG of baggage allowance.
