MAI recently hosted a special ceremony titled "HRS EVENT" to highlight its people and culture initiatives, focusing on industry and community engagement, while honouring long-serving employees.

 The event also marked the launch of the Airliner Ground Internship Program under the MAI Foundation, in partnership with M Hospitility & Tourism Institute (MHTi).

 Additionally, through the MAI We Care program, the airline announced new social responsibility initiatives, supporting organizations.
